Visa Information for International Exhibitors and Attendees.

The U.S. requires residents of some countries to obtain a Visa before entering. The information below provides important links and details.

How to Apply

  1. Visit the U.S. Department of State Web site here.
  2. Apply early for your Visa. Download Visa forms here.
  3. Make sure your passport is valid-
  4. Send Hispanic Future Expo your request for a Letter of Invitation.

Requesting a Letter of Invitation from Hispanic Future Expo.

Important Facts:

  1. A Letter of Invitation covers one individual only. If additional show participants from a company require Letters of Invitation, separate requests must be submitted online.
  2. The show participant must register with Hispanic Future Expo before a Letter of Invitation request can be submitted.
  3. Only Letter of Invitation requests meeting Hispanic Future Expo’s eligibility requirements will be processed.
  4. Obtaining a Letter of Invitation for the Hispanic Future Expo does not guarantee approval of a Visa.  The letter is information that helps explain a Visa applicant's personal situation in determining eligibility.  

You must include:

·                      Participant's e-mail address

·                      Participant's date of birth

·                      Participant's job title

·                      Participant's passport number and/or ID Number

·                      City of U.S. Consulate for participant's interview

Delivery Methods:

  1. E-Mail Only. Your Letter of Invitation will be emailed to you and you may print the letter from your computer.  This letter is accepted as an original by most local U.S. Embassy personnel for the Visa application.

Deadlines:

The last day for an approved Letter of Invitation is June 30, 2009.
